Refund Policy
If a donor wishes to request a refund, they must apply within 10 days from the donation date with appropriate proof.
- Donations for specific projects that have been spent within those 10 days are non-refundable.
- For general donations not yet used in projects, a refund can be requested within the specified period.
- For Qurbani donations, refunds can be requested up to 7 days before the Qurbani event; no refund requests will be accepted within 6 days of the event.
Applicable Law
By using this website, you agree that these Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes to Terms
Annastaeen Foundation reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Policies at any time. Such changes will not apply to violations that occurred under previous terms.
